22 Sep2016 Chara 0Recipes Power Protein Meal Ingredients: 1 pound spicy organic chicken sausage (I used Applegate). 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Few shakes of cayenne pepper and turmeric. 2 cups of cubed butternut squash. 1 cup of low sodium organic vegetable broth. 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds. 1/2 white onion. Sea salt and pepper to taste. Directions: Saute chicken sausage and squash in coconut oil. Add vegetable broth, onion, and seasoning, bring to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add sunflower seeds, kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
