"I heard my body is topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions."
Seriously in awe of this amazing woman! All of the negative comments about her performance at this year's Super Bowl, I commend her for the positive attitude and great advice she is giving EVERYONE!
She nailed it! Her physical endurance and ability to perform without becoming winded is outrageously awesome!
We are critiqued and criticized by our exterior appearances more so than anything else. Not one of us should judge.
Be proud of all of your bumps, edges, overlaps in skin, wrinkles, muscles, health and living another day above ground breathing. We are not perfect, but the truth is, no one is perfect.
I decided to go completely out of my comfort zone with these photos. Before a meal, after a meal, pre-workout, post workout. Can I find a million faults, hell yes, can I honor and respect my body, HELL yes. I don't care what anyone thinks or says, if I'm too big, too small, too muscular, or not fit enough. I work my a$$ off. I am 42 years old and proud to have another day spent on this beautiful earth!
Stand tall and be proud of yourself my friends, love your body and have respect for everyone!
