We don't have to "figure it all out" in the beginning and we won't understand Macro counting and nutrition unless we practice it every day. It eventually becomes a habit and there is no longer a need for calculators and measuring. All of you are worth living a healthy life and feeling good is what matters the most. Looking good should fall last because if we don't feel good on the inside no physical change in appearance will fill that void. It must begin on the inside first.
Fitness doesn't come out of a bottle, it's not in a pill, and it's not in $300 sneakers. It is found in hard work, dedication and commitment to yourself.
