Kale is a great source of vitamin B6, dietary fiber, magnesium, vitamin B2, omega -3 fatty acids phosphorus, calcium, folate, niacin, potassium, and vitamin C.
Cut leaves off the stem, drizzle with EVO, sea salt and chipotle seasoning.
Bake at 350F until kale is crispy.
