All of us at some point have said "I don't have time to ___________". Is your health and fitness a priority? Then you will find the time. Is relaxing and winding down a priority - (I hope so)!
It is funny what we find time for and what we need the most we put on the back burner and neglect.
This applies to not only fitness, but all areas of our lives. I admit I am guilty of this. You become so overwhelmed with life that It becomes difficult to manage and juggle time. I recently made the decision to stop burning both ends of life and cut back. For the first time in over a decade, I am not teaching fitness classes. I'm continuing to build my personal training clients and all LFR fit camps, just not group classes at this time. Talk about a huge adjustment!!! I knew I had to do something, and as hard as this was for me to give up, I now have more free time with my loved ones and I'm enjoying it.
I captured this moment after a group of clients/friends left their session. Sometimes when a person walks in, they are struggling to understand why they are putting themselves through the physical challenge. But they leave feeling better, stronger, and alive! It always seems impossible until it's done!
