Grilled Lobster (drizzled a little EVO and pepper)
Butternut squash (spiralized and sautéed in coconut oil, sea salt and pepper).
Green Bell Peppers (sliced)
Sweet potato (sliced thin)
1/2 cup of balsamic, 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, 2 garlic cloves. dash of turmeric, teaspoon of EVO, sea salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients in a large plastic bag or container. Add the vegetables. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Grill and serve!
