Here Is one of my favorite morning smoothie recipes:
?Bonus; You can store this recipe in canning jar for up to 48hours. It makes 6-8 smoothies.
Helps boosts energy. Great for skin and hair. It's the Perfect mix of vitamins and nutrients.
1 head of organic romaine lettuce
2 cups of spinach
1 lemon (squeeze the juice and take out the seeds)
4 organic celery stalks
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 organic apple with skin
1 organic pear with skin
1/2 organic banana
1/3 bunch of cilantro (optional)
1/3 bunch of fresh parsley with stems
1 1/2 cups of water
1. Add water and romaine lettuce to blender.
2. Add spinach, celery, apple, and pear.
3. Add cilantro and parsley.
4. Finish with banana and lemon.
