Bad runs don't equal a bad runner. Everyone has them and it's important not to let that stop you in your tracks. Learn from them if you can by working out what you would do differently. If you can't think of anything just move on and don't sweat the bad ones. The next one is always better.
This would be one of the hardest courses for me to date. I can not think of anything I would have done differently. Conquered many of my fears, including snakes, heights and being in the middle of nowhere on terrain difficult to run on. Certainly was a strength builder afterwards, but during the course, I would say it was my worst run ever!
