How fitness can change your life!
Health and Fitness is one of the most important components in healthy living. I am a huge advocate for fitness, nutrition and daily exercise. Whether I was fighting a physical condition or finding myself overwhelmed with anxiety and stress, exercise and nutrition have been a lifesavers throughout my life.

1. MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY
Physical activity is something most of us participate in every single day and is a huge part of our daily routines. It may be walking, running, jumping, running errands, chores, going up and down stairs several times a day and so on….
Exercise, physically helps with the toning of the muscles and decrease in fat cells which leads to inches lost. Mentally, exercise gives you self- confidence and teaches you self-discipline. You learn to appreciate your body and what it is able to do. You feel great each time you complete a workout. With consistency you begin to notice daily activities become easier and are no longer difficult to complete. The stairs you climb everyday and found yourself out of breath once you reached the top, you no longer feel the fatigue you once felt.

2. EXPRESS EMOTIONS
Whenever your feeling sad, angry, stressed or you are just having a bad day, workout! This also works if you are happy and feeling excited. Happiness benefits your overall well being. Push yourself and challenge your body. You will be amazed by what you can do. Exercise will help boost your happiness and your enhance your overall well-being.
When you exercise, you feel good. When you feel good, you accomplish more you are motivated to do more. Working out also motivates you to eat healthier by bringing awareness to your food choices.
